Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Java & Spring Boot Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience to join our innovative team. As a Java & Spring Boot Developer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that meet our clients' business needs.

Responsibilities:
 
  1. Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of Java-based applications, leveraging the Spring Boot framework.
  2. Architect and design robust and scalable software solutions that adhere to industry best practices and principles.
  3. Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  4. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering their professional growth.
  5. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following established coding standards and design patterns.
  6. Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
  7. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  8. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop comprehensive test plans and ensure rigorous testing of applications.
  9. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process to enhance product capabilities.
  10. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software increments.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Extensive experience (7+ years) in Java development, with a strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
  3. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural concepts.
  4. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and implementing microservices architecture.
  5. Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, including database design and optimization.
  6. Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus.
  7. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  10. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  2. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  3. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  4. Certification in Java or Spring Boot is a plus.
