Job Title: Lead Identity Engineer (Sailpoint ISC)
Location: USA or Canada (Remote)

We are seeking a Lead Identity Engineer with extensive experience in Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to join our dynamic team at Simeio. This role combines advanced technical expertise with the opportunity to contribute to the design and development of scalable IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in Tier 4 troubleshooting and play a key role in future architecture initiatives within ISC environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementations, enhancements, and maintenance of ISC solutions in Simeio-managed environments.
  • Provide advanced Tier 4 troubleshooting for critical identity and access management (IAM) issues.
  • Design and contribute to architectural solutions for future ISC-related projects.
  • Collaborate with Simeio’s global teams to ensure seamless delivery of ISC solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Mentor and guide team members on ISC best practices and advanced technical problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer certification is required.
  • Extensive hands-on experience working in ISC environments in a lead capacity.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues at a Tier 4 level.
  • Experience in designing and implementing IAM architectures within ISC.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse teams.
