Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Job Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with expertise in Boomi, Sales Modules, Service Cloud modules, and Certinia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and a strong background in project management and team leadership. This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions tailored to our organization's needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Implement and manage integrations with Boomi and other third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
  • Develop and maintain Certinia for project management, task management, and resource management.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proficiency in Boomi, Sales Modules, Service Cloud modules, and Certinia.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
