Position Summary

Simeio is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the United States. This individual will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing enterprise-level opportunities for cybersecurity and identity security services, with a strong focus on acquiring new logos and expanding Simeio's market presence.

The ideal candidate has a successful track record selling complex cybersecurity services and solutions into large enterprise organizations, understands long and strategic sales cycles, and is skilled at navigating multiple stakeholders throughout the buying process. Experience selling Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Managed Security Services, or related cybersecurity services is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive net-new business development and enterprise account acquisition across assigned territories and target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities and build strong executive-level relationships.
  • Prospect, qualify, and generate new opportunities through a combination of outbound efforts, networking, referrals, and partner engagement.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement through contract negotiation and close.
  • Engage and influence executive stakeholders including CIOs, CISOs, CTOs, IT Security leaders, and business decision-makers.
  • Partner closely with pre-sales, solution architects, marketing, delivery, and executive leadership to develop winning customer solutions.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline activity and maintain opportunities within CRM systems.
  • Present Simeio's cybersecurity and IAM services portfolio to prospective clients and communicate business value effectively.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of cybersecurity market trends, regulatory requirements, competitive positioning, and emerging identity security technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in enterprise technology sales experience.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity services, managed security services, consulting services, or related enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of hunting, acquiring, and closing new enterprise accounts and new logos.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales opportunities with deal sizes ranging from six to seven figures.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 500 and large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement processes.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Customer Identity (CIAM), or related identity security solutions.
  • Familiarity with leading cybersecurity and IAM platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, or similar technologies.
  • Experience selling managed services, professional services, consulting engagements, or recurring revenue solutions.
  • Existing network of enterprise security, IT, and digital transformation decision-makers.
