About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Developer to join our Global Services team and support a leading retail client's Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The role will focus on designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including application onboarding, access certifications, RBAC, workflow development, and identity lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with client stakeholders and IAM teams to deliver scalable and secure identity governance solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
  • Configure and onboard applications into the SailPoint IIQ platform.
  • Develop and customize workflows, rules, forms, tasks, and reports.
  • Implement and support Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
  • Configure and manage access certification campaigns and governance processes.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, and other enterprise connectors.
  • Perform identity aggregation, account correlation, entitlement management, and provisioning activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint IIQ platform and integration issues.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Collaborate with business, application, and security teams to deliver IAM solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and implementation artifacts.

What You Bring
  • 5–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development experience.
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Application Onboarding
    • Access Certifications
    • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
    • Identity Lifecycle Management
    • Provisioning and De-provisioning
    • Workflow Development and Configuration
  • Experience developing SailPoint Rules, Workflows, Forms, Tasks, and Reports.
  • Strong Java and BeanShell scripting skills.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, Active Directory, and other enterprise integrations.
  • Good understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) concepts.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have
  • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Certification.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Knowledge of Azure AD, Active Directory, Okta, or other IAM platforms.
  • Experience with custom connector development and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementations.
  • Knowledge of access review campaigns, compliance frameworks, and audit requirements.
  • Exposure to cloud identity and hybrid IAM environments.
