About the Role:
One of our clients uses Saviynt as its primary IGA tool and has an internally developed identity provisioning platform. As an IAM Engineer, you will support our clients IAM infrastructure using Saviynt, requiring expertise in IAM frameworks, RBAC models, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

As an IAM Engineer, you will support our clients IAM infrastructure using Saviynt, requiring expertise in IAM frameworks, RBAC models, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement IAM systems and processes to support Saviynt.
- Work with IT application owners and business units to define their RBAC models.
- Align RBAC solutions with access requirements.
- Develop and manage RBAC models, policies, and workflows.
- Maintain role hierarchies and conduct regular reviews.
- Create and maintain documentation for IAM and RBAC processes.
- Stay updated on IAM and RBAC trends and best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to IAM/RBAC frameworks.
- Resolve technical IAM issues and provide system support.
- Maintain system configurations and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, CIS, or Cyber Security/IT.
- Saviynt Certification (Preferred).
- 3+ years in IAM solutions with a focus on RBAC; 3 years in Saviynt.
- Experience in IAM Architecture, Operations, Support and Incident management
- Experience with security protocols and cloud/enterprise application integration.
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC concepts.
- Proficiency in project documentation and communication skills.
- Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra.
