Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Developer to join our team as a Senior Consultant. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Java and Spring Boot development, along with in-depth expertise in implementing and customizing Saviynt solutions. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex Saviynt IGA projects, collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, and providing technical guidance to junior team members.
Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Saviynt IGA solutions for clients across various industries.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, understand business processes, and provide tailored Saviynt IGA solutions to meet their identity and access management needs.
3. Develop and customize Saviynt connectors, workflows, and policies to integrate with client systems and applications.
4. Provide technical expertise in Java and Spring Boot development to enhance and optimize Saviynt IGA implementations.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security, compliance, and IT operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment with overall enterprise architecture.
6. Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices, code reviews, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and updates related to Saviynt and identity and access management to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and compliant.
8. Assist in the pre-sales process by contributing to proposal development, scoping, and client presentations.
9. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
3. Proven experience working with Saviynt IGA, including implementation, customization, and integration.
4. Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), provisioning, and compliance.
5. Experience in developing and customizing connectors for integrating Saviynt with various platforms and applications.
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
8. Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers in a collaborative team environment.
9. Saviynt certification is a plus.
