Role Overview:
Be Simeio’s digital presence architect. As Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design, optimize, and grow Simeio’s digital footprint, from website management, SEO/AEO, to social media and paid digital campaigns. You’ll use analytics to test, refine, and scale what works, ensuring every digital touchpoint accelerates brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, launch, and manage multi-channel demand generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid ads, webinars, industry communities) targeting key cybersecurity personas.
  • Write and optimize technical and thought leadership content: landing pages, case studies, guides, nurture emails, and social copy.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales to craft clear, compelling value propositions and conversion-focused messaging for campaigns.
  • Own website content management, ensuring regular updates, technical excellence, and high conversion rates.
  • Implement and manage paid digital programs (search, syndication, display, retargeting) in collaboration with creative and campaign owners.
  • Report on campaign metrics—engagement, lead progression, pipeline—and rapidly iterate strategies for growth.
  • Manage and evolve the editorial/content calendar to align with events, launches, and sales goals.
  • Execute email marketing, nurture, announce, convert prospects, with A/B testing for subject lines, content, and layouts. Analyze engagement and recommend strategies to grow followers and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and report on campaign and web analytics, creating dashboards and insights to optimize future performance.
  • Stay abreast of platform and algorithm changes, cybersecurity digital trends, and recommend/test new tactics or channels.
Who You Are
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing for B2B, ideally cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Hands-on with website CMS, Google Analytics, paid ad platforms, SEO/SEM tools.
  • Proficient with marketing automation/CRM tools (Adobe, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Data-savvy, creative, able to manage multiple campaigns independently.
  • Strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator with a passion for measurable results.
