Lead Identity Engineer - SailPoint ISC
About the Role:
The Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery and support of high-quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to Simeio's standards and best practices. The ideal candidate would have experience primarily in SailPoint ISC to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams that assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The ability to take up challenges, adapt to business needs, and stay focused on delivering results are essential to the success of this role.
What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint ISC Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Identity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, Supporting and maintaining ISC solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of SailPoint ISC within client environments.
Job Description:
- SailPoint ISC implementation experience.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Virtual appliances.
- Creation of Identity profile transforms and connector and cloud rules.
- Role-based provisioning.
- Access review (Manager certification, source owner certification, and Search based certification)
- Experience with ISC APIs.
- Applications onboarding (Workday, Active Directory, Success Factor, ServiceNow, etc...)
- Event triggers and workflows
- Reports, SODs, and general policies.
- Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation
- Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Working with client's post-implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
- Assisting with the management of project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong experience in implementing and configuring SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management concepts, including role-based access control, single sign-on, and identity governance.
- Familiarity with related technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer (preferred).
