The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, senior developers, and architects to enhance, customize, and support Salesforce‑based applications, with Sales Cloud as the core module and exposure to Azure integrations and Certinia.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Cloud & Business Application Development
- Develop and enhance Sales Cloud–centric solutions (Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Forecasting).
- Implement business logic using Apex, validation rules, flows, and Lightning components.
- Build and customize sales workflows, approval processes, and automation to support revenue operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports aligned with sales KPIs.
- Design and build reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom user experiences.
- Implement server‑side logic using Apex classes and triggers, following coding standards and best practices.
- Consume and expose Salesforce APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Participate in application debugging, performance tuning, and defect resolution.
- Support and maintain integrations with Azure Service Fabric (ASF) and Boomi (monitoring, enhancements, troubleshooting).
- Assist with configuration and enhancements in Service Cloud where needed (case support, flows).
- Provide configuration and functional support for Certinia, primarily where it interacts with sales or delivery data.
- Work with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and Salesforce release cycles.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for customizations and integrations.
- Follow established CI/CD and deployment processes.
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, with strong exposure to Sales Cloud.
- Solid experience with:
- Apex (classes, triggers)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce Flows
- Working knowledge of Salesforce data model and security (profiles, permission sets, sharing).
- Experience supporting or developing business applications on Salesforce.
- Exposure to ASF and Boomi or other integration platforms.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, Agile environment.
- Experience with Certinia, especially related to sales‑to‑delivery processes.
- Salesforce certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset, DevOps Center).
- Prior experience supporting production Salesforce orgs.
