Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Practice Director to join our elite team of IAM professionals. This role is pivotal in managing an Access Management Practice and establishing MS Entra capabilities within the Access Management Practice. The role entails the development of offerings in B2E, B2B and CIAM Access Management service capabilities leveraging Microsoft Entra, Ping Identity and Okta. The role also entails building a team of professionals within the practice to deliver an exceptional customer experience ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable. As the senior-most Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Access Management & MS Entra within our organization, you will lead the charge in deploying cutting-edge IAM solutions and driving our strategic vision forward. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive the development and enhancement of Simeio's IAM service offerings, ensuring they remain competitive and cutting-edge in the area of Access Management. 

  • Development of Professional & Managed service offerings in the Access Management domain. The offering development includes scope, resource estimations and pricing for our solutions 

  • Development of sales enablement tools to position the offering to our customers 

  • Development of service delivery artifacts backed by the Simeio service delivery methodology 

  • Knowledge management responsibility for the practice 

  • Professional and skills development for the team within the access management domain 

  • Oversee solution deployments ensuring best-in-class implementation and integration. 

  • Establish and document platform-specific best practices contributing to the Simeio Architectural Framework. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support solutions that align with our clients' business goals and security requirements. 

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff. 

  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing IAM solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. 

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices for Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Okta and MS Entra. 

  • Serve as the go-to expert for all things Access Management on Ping, Okta & MS Entra, providing guidance and support during pre-sales, project scoping, and implementation phases. 

  • Develop and deliver training materials, workshops, and presentations to internal teams and clients. 

  • Define requirements for automation that can be develop by the Simeio engineering team 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on MS Entra (formerly Azure AD), Ping Identity, ForgeRock or Okta. Minimum of 2, MS Entra is Mandatory. 

  • Proven track record of leading multiple successful production deployments of MS Entra and another Access Management technology 

  • Deep understanding of IAM principles, security protocols, and best practices. 

  • Strong technical skills in MS Entra, including integration with other IAM platforms and third-party applications. 

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities. 

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
