The Opportunity:
The Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery and support of high-quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to Simeio's standards and best practices. The ideal candidate would have experience primarily in SailPoint IDNOW to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams that assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The ability to take up challenges, adapt to business needs, and stay focused on delivering results are essential to the success of this role.
The Role: Senior Identity Engineer
We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Identity Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, Supporting and maintaining IDNOW solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of SailPoint IDNOW within client environments.
Job Description:
- SailPoint Identity NOW implementation experience.
- Configuring and troubleshooting Virtual appliances.
- Creation of Identity profile transforms and connector and cloud rules.
- Role-based provisioning.
- Access review (Manager certification, source owner certification, and Search based certification)
- Experience with IDNOW APIs.
- Applications onboarding (Workday, Active Directory, Success Factor, ServiceNow, etc...)
- Event triggers and workflows
- Reports, SODs, and general policies.
- Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate for the situation
- Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Working with client's post-implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
- Assisting with the management of project scope, schedule, status, and documentation.
Must-Have Requisites:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• 3-5 years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 1 year of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Experience with the following programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL.
• Experience with the following technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, Web, and Application Servers.
• Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms.
• Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD).
Good to Have Requisites:
• Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft) a plus.
• Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (SailPoint IIQ, etc.) a plus.
• Familiarity with role-based access control (RBAC) a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners.
• Experience with QA duties is a plus (usability testing, performance testing, automated testing, test scripts, test cases, and test plans).
• Security software or internal IT audit experience a plus. Experience in a startup company is a plus
• Learning agility to be cross-trained.
• Prior Big 4 or leading system integrator experience preferred
Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, IS, Accounting, Mathematics, or Engineering, or an applicable training certificate from an accredited institution.
