Senior Identity Engineer – IBM IAM

We are seeking a Senior Identity Engineer with strong hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting IBM Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This individual will work across enterprise environments to enhance authentication, access management, identity lifecycle, and security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, configure, and troubleshoot IBM IAM solutions.
• Support IBM Security Verify Access (ISVA), IBM Security Verify Governance (ISVG), IBM Security Verify, and/or IBM Security Verify Directory.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, APIs, and authentication services.
• Implement SSO, MFA, federation, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, LDAP, and Active Directory integrations.
• Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and access-management issues.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM architecture and security best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IAM/Identity Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM IAM / IBM Security Verify technologies.
• Experience with enterprise SSO, MFA, federation, LDAP/AD, SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
• Strong troubleshooting, scripting, integration, and technical communication skills.
• Experience working in complex enterprise or hybrid environments preferred.
