Lead Identity Engineer - Identity Service Cloud Migration

A Lead Identity Engineer in our IGA team is a crucial part of Simeio.  
This role will let you work on some of our biggest and most interesting projects with clients from across the globe.
You’ll also work in parallel with other IGA Architects, as part of a team on larger implementations or application onboarding projects.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IDNow Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a SailPoint IDNow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IdentityNow solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of SailPoint IdentityNow within client environments.


Job Description: 

• Must have Sailpoint IDnow migration experience 
• Design, implement, and configure SailPoint IdentityNow solutions based on client requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop custom connectors, workflows, and provisioning processes within SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Perform integration of SailPoint IdentityNow with other systems and applications.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SailPoint IdentityNow implementations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Stay updated on SailPoint IdentityNow features, enhancements, and best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and methodologies related to identity and access management.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience in implementing and configuring SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management concepts, including role-based access control, single sign-on, and identity governance.
• Familiarity with related technologies such as Active Directory, LDAP, and SAML.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Relevant certifications such as SailPoint IdentityNow Certified Implementation Engineer (preferred).
