As a Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data visualization to transform complex data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-impact dashboards and reports. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our data culture, ensuring the delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling analytics solutions.

As a Power BI Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data visualization to transform complex data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-impact dashboards and reports. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our data culture, ensuring the delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling analytics solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, a data visualization and reporting tool from Microsoft
- Connecting to and integrating data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and cloud services
- Designing and creating data models, dashboards, reports, and other data visualizations
- Enhancing existing Power BI solutions to meet evolving business requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Developing and implementing security and access control measures to ensure the protection of sensitive data
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with Power BI solutions
- Documenting and communicating solutions to stakeholders
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Power BI or related data analysis/BI tools.
- Basic understanding of data visualization principles and dashboarding concepts.
- Familiarity with Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX (even academic or project experience is acceptable).
- Basic knowledge of SQL (joins, unions, filtering).
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
