A Managing Director (MD) at Simeio is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategy, operations, and growth of a regional set of large strategic accounts in the Southeast of the United States.

In this role, you will provide direction and guidance for teams, ensure successful project delivery and cultivate high-level client relationships. This role reports to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide IAM thought leadership to both Simeio in-house colleagues and senior stakeholders within Simeio clients
  • Business development: Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, and participate in high-stakes client presentations to secure new business and expand the firm's client portfolio.
  • Client relationship management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership, acting as a long-term trusted advisor. Responsible for client satisfaction.
  • Deliver both growth and new business revenue and profit numbers for a defined region within Simeio
  • Be a leader in the end-to-end business/deal cycle with Simeio customers. This can encompass everything from initial opportunity gathering sessions, complex negotiations, stakeholder management, scoping/pricing and advisory related projects.
Project oversight
  • Provide senior leadership on consulting projects to ensure high-quality outcomes, timely delivery, and client satisfaction. This includes setting strategic direction and overseeing execution.
Operational leadership
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, including resource allocation, financial management, and setting performance targets. This will be done in collaboration with global delivery service leaders both in North America and offshore in India
Team leadership and mentorship
  • Work closely with the delivery teams within defined accounts to further develop best practices, roadmaps and overall account plans.
  • In collaboration with your project teams, organizational peers, talent acquisition and resource management team – work to make sure we have the right resources, at the right time, at the right price, readily deployable.
Organizational leadership
  • Participate in strategic decisions and represent Simeio in high-level negotiations, stakeholder meetings, public events and showcase thought leadership to the market of Simeio’s expertise.
Key Skills -
  • Managing Director needs to have extensive deep Identity Management (IAM) and security expertise. 
  • You should have working knowledge of multiple facets of the IAM landscape which can include IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM etc.
    You should be able to demonstrate where you have led both project teams and growth/revenue streams in your day-to-day accountabilities
  • At least 15 years’ professional experience.
  • Ideally you will have advanced down a path from roles like business analyst to consultant, manager, and senior manager before reaching the director level.

Additional necessary skills:
  • This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and exceptional leadership skills.
  • You must be an independent, creative problem-solver who can motivate teams and manage multiple priorities.
